    计算机与网络技术的运用已经渗透到社会的各行各业和平常百姓的日常生活。信息科技课程已经成为学校必不可少的课程之一。学习信息技术，学生不仅可以掌握最基本的技术技能，还能够实现个性化发展，更能明确公民的权利与义务，增强社会责任感和价值观。也会丰富和促进素质教育的内涵，更能为学生适应融入学习型社会打下坚实基础。
