    Abstract：

    辅导员队伍建设工作，需围绕重点内容和高等教育核心诉求着力推进，严格遵循国家对辅导员提出的新要求。高校应加强思政教育新发展形势的应对，根据大学生身心成长特点和世界认知，提出正确的辅导员队伍建设建议。即着眼我国思政教育中的中国探索和世界政治格局，促使高校辅导员队伍建设实现规范化和科学化。以思政教育为立足点，构筑专业化辅导员发展平台，最终实现思政教育与辅导员队伍建设需双向推进。
