Abstract：
教师要通过各种方式鼓励学生克服心理障碍，敢于用英语交流。教师在平时的教学中要加强英语口语听力的练习量，每天都要保证有一段时间的纯口语交流训练，另外可以利用现代化的教学工具通过对学生听觉，视觉的输入，在不知不觉中感染他们，让他们在快乐中讲英语，使学生感受成功。
