    Abstract：

    构建高效课堂是每个教师的愿望，因为这意味着学生可以从中获取知识，同时课堂教学的效率、质量得到了提高。但中职院校招收的大部分学生是学习能力较差的、基础知识掌握得不够多的，所以高效课堂的构建存在一定难度。因此，本文从自学能力、故事元素、情境创设、学习热忱四个方面入手，阐述了中职院校语文高效课堂的构建策略。
