    Abstract：

    企业所使用的设备仪器在应用过程中需要经过五个阶段，包括原始采购阶段、设备仪器使用阶段、设备仪器保养阶段、设备仪器检修阶段以及设备仪器的报废阶段。而企业设备仪器档案管理工作需要覆盖全部的设备仪器使用周期，保证仪器应用全过程的档案完整与安全。设备仪器的档案管理在企业的经济管理中占据重要地位，会对企业的长期稳定发展产生重要影响。文章分析企业设备仪器档案管理的主要特征，探讨其面临的主要问题与解决策略。
