Abstract：

随着现代城市建设进程的不断加快，农村征地拆迁工作已经成为一种必然趋势，它关系到农民的生存发展和经济利益，因此要高度重视并且认真对待。文章从我国农村征地拆迁过程中面临的问题和挑战出发，以社会发展基本情况为依据，寻找合适的解决办法和发展途径，力求为我国农村征地拆迁工作平稳高效开展奠定扎实基础。
