Abstract：

教育的最终目标不只是教给学生知识，而是教书育人。教师的一言一行都在影响着学生，特别是模仿能力很强的少年儿童。所以，师德在育人过程中具有举足轻重的意义，师德在育人过程中的导向功能具有家庭和社会不可替代的作用。本文论述了学校教育教学中教师师德的重要作用及教师的师德规范。
