Abstract：
随着现代医疗改革的不断深入，患者对医院护理服务的质量要求不断提升，在开展优质护理过程中，关键在于优质护理队伍建设，也就是指在护理工作中需要不断提高护理人员的专业素养与服务能力，并加强优质护理活动宣传，从而提高患者的护理体验，有助于提高患者的满意度。那么护理特色专业的建设和护理队伍建设对咸宁建设国家级医养试点城市有着不可忽视的作用，文章主要针对护理特色专业建设和护理队伍建设对对咸宁建设国家级医养试点城市开展优质护理服务作用的影响展开探讨。
