    Abstract：

    在核心素养视角下构建小学数学运算素养评价指标体系，对于提升学生的运算能力非常重要。本文通过论述课程标准及评价指标体系构建要求，指出在构建小学数学运算素养评价指标体系中，教师首先要明确运算素养的可操作定义，其次对一级和二级运算素养评价指标结合学生学情进行确定，最终形成操作性强的评价指标体系，满足新课程改革的要求。
