Abstract：
数学运算素养作为六个核心素养之一，越来越引起广大教师的关注。在初中数学教学中，体现数学运算的知识载体涉及广泛、贯穿始终。提升数学运算素养是培养其他素养的基础。然而，初中生数学运算能力的现状令人堪忧。本文针对初中生数学运算能力弱的普遍现象，试从学情分析、课堂优化及主体强化三方面探寻解决问题的方法与策略。
