    在传统的小学数学教学中广大教师在培养学生的计算能力时常常采用机械、重复的题海训练，忽视了计算法则的形成过程和计算方法的概括，致使学生反感和厌恶数学计算。本文基于新课程提升学生计算能力教学策略研究。
