Abstract：
针对当前技工院校实训基地智能化建设程度低的问题进行研究与分析，以在建实训基地为主线、结合学院实际，依托学院“住宅与楼宇智能控制实训系统”作为开发平台结合实际进行实践论证，旨在把实训基地建设成为一个具有全面智能的实训环境，一个以人为本的、全方位的管理中心，为广大师生提供更加专业、更加智能、更加人性化的辅助服务的系统。
