Abstract：
高校学生干部是一支上传下达、面向和服务学生的队伍，是高校运行与发展缺一不可的重要部分。为了更好的应对突发事件，高校应积极助力与培养学生干部。全文详细阐述了学生干部能力培养的含义、内容及其特征三者的概念，同时给出高校学生干部能力培养的创新方案，进而对学生干部未来能力预测分析，为学生干部的今后培养方式给予借鉴和建议。
