    Abstract：

    目的：分析在妇科护理质量管理中通过开展持续质量改进的临床价值。方法：对照组为常规护理，观察组则联合运用持续质量改进。结果：护理不良事件发生率观察组为0.00%，对照组为10.00%，P＜0.05；护理满意度观察组为100.00%，对照组为87.50%，P＜0.05。结论：在妇科护理质量管理中通过进行持续质量改进可有效和谐护患关系并规避护理不良事件
