课堂教与学的组织是语文课堂新变革的具体手段，它的终极目的是要实现“一切为了学生，为了一切学生，为了学生的一切”，使学生在欢乐中学，体会到学之欢乐。如何组织好课堂的教与学，应有明确的目标，鲜活的语言，传神的态度，科学的方法。
