Abstract：
新时期环境下，传统教育教学模式存在的问题越来越突出，教师应当积极借鉴先进的教学理念，尊重学生的主体地位，重视学生的个性化发展。每个学生的生长环境与学习基础不同，自然存在差异性，差异化教学理念的实施能够实现个性与共性之间的全面融合，有利于促进学生的个性化发展。
