Abstract：
在学校——学院二级管理体制下，教学工作的重心逐步下移，二级学院的教学管理工作日益繁重，与学校的分工也更加明确。结合二级学院教学管理的需求，设计、开发学院级教学管理信息系统，能够大大提升工作的效率与效果。本文对二级学院教学系统进行系统分析，借助统一建模语言绘制系统的数据流程图。本文的研究为各二级学院科研管理信息系统的实现提供参考。
