    Abstract：

    在我国社会主义建设事业不断推进的背景下，我国也进入了一个经济新常态阶段，在这一特殊阶段，工商管理活动的有效开展对保障我国市场经济的平稳运行发挥极其重要的作用，但目前我国经济发展过程中依然存在很多问题，迫切需要解决，如何才能发挥工商管理部门的职能，进而为我国市场经济营造更好的氛围，成为值得有关部门深思的问题。本文对此问题进行全面分析，并提出在经济新常态背景之下如何发挥工商管理职能的具体策略。
