Abstract：
新课程改革之后，教育部提出了新的教学理念以及教学目标，而因材施教理念需要每个教师贯彻其中。为了带动学生全面发展，提高学生自主学习能力、思维水平，教师需要合理选择分层异步教学法展开教学，将其的教学理念、教学方式最大化的应用，发挥学生们的学习潜力。因此，本文针对分层异步教学法在小学数学教学中的应用进行了探讨研究，以期能够给其他地区教师提供帮助。
