    Abstract：

    作为数学教学体系的起点，小学数学教学对数学基础知识和数学技能的培养具有重要意义，但现实的小学数学课堂教学存在着教学质量差、效率低等问题。文章从小学数学课堂教学入手，通过引入教学有效性评价标准，探讨了小学数学课堂教学中存在的问题，提出了解决问题的对策。
