    Abstract：

    田径课程能够对职高学生的速度和力量加以训练，但是在以往的田径教学中，很多教师会采用比较单一和重复性的训练方式，教学的强度相对比较大；导致学生对田径学习的兴趣不够浓厚，甚至有些身体素质较弱的学生产生了抵触情绪。因此教师就需要引进趣味田径的训练方式，激发学习热情。本文分析了趣味田径教学的优劣势，提出了趣味田径教学的策略。
