    Abstract：

    随着教学理念的进一步提升，教育改革在不断推进的同时，也对学校管理工作提出了更高的要求。学校管理工作的内容复杂锁碎，涉及学校对外形象、内部环境建设、教职工队伍管理、学生成绩表现等诸多方面，校长作为校园的管理第一责任人，需要不断革新管理理念，完善校园管理机制，注重营造校园文化氛围，做到科学决策，以提升学校的办学能力。
