Abstract：

由于我国市场竞争激烈，企业不断进行改革创新，以增强市场竞争中的综合竞争力，以实现利润最大化。绩效评估管理模型是国有企业经营管理的重要组成部分。绩效评估模型可以提高企业员工的工作效率，促进企业自身的发展。本文讨论了绩效评估系统的概念和一般方法，并探讨了绩效评估在国有企业管理中的作用。
