    Abstract：

    英语这门学科对于初中学生来说具有一定难度，有的学生可能学得较快，学习成绩优异，而有的学生就可能感到学起来有一定困难。事实上，每一位学生都具备良好的学习潜能。即便是学困生，只要教师能科学引导，正确启发，坚持因材施教的理念，结合学生实际情况开展分层教学，也能够帮助学生实现不同程度的提升，让所有学生都能从学习中得到收获。
