Abstract：
随着教育改革的不断深入，初中体育教学也占据越来越重要的地位，新课程制定的体育教学目标是尊重学生自主学习和身心健康发展，但是在开展的同时，相应的问题也就出现了。本文主要对初中生参加体育活动教学的意义进行简要分析，并针对如何提升学生在体育教学中的参与主动性和积极性，从而使体育课堂的教学质量与教学效率得以提升，进行探讨研究。
