Abstract：
随着我国素质教育理念的不断推广，对于现有初中语文教学也就提出了更高的要求，并且要将人本理念融入学生的语文教学中，在遵循不同学生个性特点以及学习状态基础上，进行针对性教学方案的制定。学困生作为初中教学中的重点难点，为了促进学困生获得良好的学习效果，还要初中语文教师能够用爱激励学生进行学习，实现学困生的有效转化，借此获得良好的课程教学效果，本文主要就初中语文老师如何用爱激励学困生进步进行探究分析。
