Abstract：
伴随我国教育事业的改革与推进，英语教学越来越引起人们高度的重视。小学英语教学对于奠定学生英语学习基础，培养英语学习能力具有重要的铺垫作用。小学英语阅读教学是英语教育的重要组成部分，通过学习英语阅读，能够培养其良好的语感，形成英语学习思维，提升英语语言应用能力。但目前小学英语阅读教学仍存在诸多问题，教师应结合现状进行深入思考，采取有效的教学方式提升小学英语自主阅读教学的有效性。
