Abstract：
当前，高中在开展教学的过程中越发重视学生的思想政治教育工作。学生在学习和发展的过程中，也会面临着更多的选择，同时也会受到很多不良文化的冲击，导致思想政治教育面临新的挑战。随着时代背景的不断变迁，学生的思想状况呈现出多元化的趋势。在开展学生思想政治教育工作的过程中，其途径和方式也发生了巨大的改变，仍然存在教育方式传统，达不到理想教育效果等问题。对此，就需要不断强化学生思想政治教育工作，创新教学方式，培养合格的接班人。
