    Abstract：

    随着新课改的推进，不少教育体系不仅仅在关注学生对于理论知识的学习，也开始着重注意学生的身体及心理素质，体育运动项目也越来越受到关注。在此基础上，球类运动作为一种比较受欢迎的运动方式受到了推行，其中，进行篮球运动的学生越来越多。因此，教师应当引导学生以正确的理念以及技巧，来进行篮球训练，以此促进学生的身心得到良好的发展。
