    Abstract：

    英语课程是初中教学阶段一门基础且重要的学科。在教学过程中英语阅读是英语课堂上的重难点，阅读是学生综合能力的体现，初中英语阅读是教学的重要组成部分，阅读能够加深学生对于英语知识的理解，同时英语阅读能够提高学生对于英语学习的积极性，因此在本文中笔者结合自身的教学经验，探讨一下如何在初中英语阅读教学中应用分层教学，以全面提高学生英语学习能力。
