Abstract：
素质教育的推行以及在高中体育教学的不断渗透，人们开始重视学生身体素质的提升，在阳光体育活动的不断开展下高中体育教学要加大创新和改革，以在提升高中体育教学质量的同时增强学生身体素质。文章以高中体育教学为研究对象，分析了当前高中体育教学现状，并探究了阳光体育背景下的高中体育教学策略，以希望在阳光体育推动下激发学生体育锻炼兴趣，增强学生身体素质，提高高中体育教学质量。
