    Abstract：

    我国对网络舆情研究起步较晚，社会网络网站应用是当前用户数最多、传播影响最大的新媒体平台，实时产生海量的异构数据，对舆情的传播与发展起到至关重要的作用，相关机制与支撑技术需要深入研究。介绍了舆情理论研究发展现状，对社会网络大数据环境下舆情热点的数据处理与查询方法进行研究，有利于进一步探索舆情演化规律和建立有效的引导方法。
