Abstract：
随着年级的升高，高三学生所受到的心理压力都比较大，尤其是他们面对未来的高考，他们此时的心理压力会更大，而现在新冠病情期间，高三学生不能在学校接受老师的教育，只能在家进行线上学习，这样不利于高三学生的心理健康，所以要在高三直播学习过程中应用积极心理学。
