    中职语文教学是职业教育的重要组成部分，本身承担着对中职生实施德育指导的重要任务，中职语文教学活动的开展关系到学生思想道德素养和职业道德品质的提升。本文将中职语文教学作为研究对象，对语文教学中德育教育的有效组织实施进行了探究，力求能提高德育工作的综合效果，促进中职学校人才培养工作的优化开展。
