Abstract：
体育教学对于小学生的身心健康发展具有重要意义，国内外许多教育专家都推崇在小学体育教育中培养学生的抗挫能力，但实际上，由于受到各种主客观综合因素的影响，部分小学体育教学的开展情况却不尽如人意，基于这样的现实情况，小学体育教学该如何采取措施提高教学效率，帮助学生通过参加体育活动提高抗挫折能力值得我们思考和探究。
