Abstract：
空乘专业中需要有更多训练有素的专业人员，掌握国内外的航空服务专业技能，相关的工作人员一定要具备良好的普通话能力和交流能力，并且在不同的环境中都需要具备良好的适应能力。但从目前的具体状况来看，我国民航的大多数学生总体普通话能力较差，这种现象会直接导致我国民航事业的发展受到影响，所以为了适应民航事业的快速发展，就需要尽可能培养高素质的空乘服务专业人才，而职业院校也需要加强空乘专业普通话的教育，通过这种方式能够有助于使现代化的民航发展质量得到进一步的优化。
