    文化馆作为人民群众对精神文化追求的重要场所之一，对人民群众的精神文化追求有着不可磨灭的影响，同时，文化馆作为文化传播的媒介，在各个城市的文化交流融合中起着重要的作用，因而，对文化馆群众文化的辅导培训是不可缺少的工作，本文将对文化馆群众文化辅导培训工作的问题以及改进策略进行分析探讨。
