    Abstract：

    在小学教育中，数学教育非常重要，对小学生运算能力的培养近几年越来越得到教育界的重视。但就目前的教育情况来看，学生对公式的生搬硬套不在少数。因此，教师应注重学生主体学习的观念，有效地将知识讲解和教学思想相契合，以便于使得小学生在运算能力的方面上能够有所提升。本文将结合多年教育经历就如何培养小学生的运算能力进行策略探究。
