Abstract：
信息化技术的到来，也为图书馆编目工作提供了便利之处，与传统的工作内容也有很大的差距。编目工作是维持整个图书馆运营的基础业务，而这一工作内容在数据的支持下，逐渐转变为自动化的技术，朝着更为高能的方式发展。本文以利用外部数据源来改善图书编目为主要内容，分析了传统图书编目中存在的弊端，并提供了相应的策略来促进图书编目工作的发展。
