随着我国科学技术的不断进步，档案管理工作发生了变化。档案管理是事业单位的基础工作，其记录并运转着单位的信息资源。新形势下，将信息化融入档案管理工作，不仅能提高工作效率，还能使工作内容更加全面。本文对新形势下档案管理工作存在的问题进行分析，并探讨管理工作的创新路径。
