    Abstract：

    培养综合型人才已经成为我国当前素质教育的重要任务之一，为了进一步实现我国高中阶段学生素质教育的要求，提高学生参与音乐教学的积极性，引起学生对音乐学习的兴趣，将现代化的全新教学理念、教学政策切实贯彻到全国地区高中阶段音乐教学之上，需优化高中阶段音乐教师的组织体系，提高音乐教师的音乐水平，培养学生在音乐学习中审美能力形成，更好地学习音乐知识。
