Abstract：
在新课程改革的背景下，确保学生教育的整体质量并提高其核心素质已成为学校教育的核心理念。要全面提高学生的核心素养技能，就需要在道德，智力和身体美感几个方面进行全面的培训，以便学生能够以多种方式发展。为此，中学体育教师应积极探索有效的策略，以实现实际发展，改进教学方法，优化教学内容和改善学生的积极参与。
