Abstract：
随着素质教育与新课改的推进，越来越多的教学模式开始萌发、新兴，议题式教学作为符合教师主导、学生主体教育理念的教学模式，是高中思想政治教学中的重大变革。议题式教学的四要素包含议题、情境、活动与素养，教师在运用议题式教学开展政治课堂教学的时候，要从这四个要素进行切入、展开，激发并持续学生的学习热情，培养学生的核心素养，提高学生的政治涵养，达到政治课程的育人目的。
