    Abstract：

    在目前的班主任和学生的沟通情况来看，虽然存在着一些问题，但是可以通过一些简单的办法就可以解决，从而能够构建良好的师生关系，有利于高中生的发展。高中班主任要尽量专职化，能够使班主任有更多的精力去关心班级中的学生，为学生以后的发展铺平道路。
