Abstract：
中学数学课堂在传统教学模式下较为拘束、单一，但在活教育思想下，需要改变拘束的环境为宽松自由，教学形式也更为灵活多样。在这种教学模式下，教师倾听学生心声改进教学，学生通过教师的引导，进行自主探索学习，学习效果更加显著，运用知识则不再脱节。通过这样的途径，在减轻学生教师负担的同时，也增加了学习数学的乐趣，增加学习的幸福感。
