Abstract：
随着新课程教育改革的不断发展，基于英语课程核心素养条件下的高中英语教育形式也将与时俱进。英语课程核心素养主要包括学习能力、文化特性、语言能力、思维质量和思维层次。英语概要书写教育是以学生独立的学习能力为基础的高级书写教育活动，核心素养教育概念的提出为进行英语摘要教学提供了新的思路。
