Abstract：
成果导向教育（OBE）是一种全新的教育模式，强调学生在接受教育后所取得的成果，并以此来对教学目标、教学设计、教学方案等进行调节。混合式教学模式已成为目前比较应用广泛、也较受欢迎的一种教学模式模式。本研究基于成果导向教育的内科护理学混合式教学模式对对口高职护理专业同学进行教学，并提出了具体的实施方案。
