Abstract：
在素质教育的要求之下，初中的体育教学不仅仅是为了提高学生的身体素质，教师在体育教学当中更应该注重的是学生的体育精神和学生在体育活动中的体育品德。要想培养学生的初中体育核心素养，教师就必须以他们个人的先天优势素养为基础，然后通过学习体育知识和锻炼进行培养，从而提高学生的综合能力。
