    Abstract：

    当前我国社会经济的迅猛发展，与我国各个领域的企业发展紧密相连，我国企业在漫长的发展过程中，不断调整或变更企业的发展方向以及经营理念。财务工作是企业不断发展壮大的关键，在过去的企业发展之中，核算型财务会计占据主导地位，但是现阶段的企业发展迎来新时期，核算型财务会计必须及时转型为管理会计，为企业带来更广阔的发展空间。基于此，首先应当明确核算型财务会计和管理会计之间存在的特点，然后根据实际情况运用多种策略，合理推动核算型财务会计逐渐向管理会计转型。
