    我国对高等教育体系的重视，不止是对高等院校的重视也包括高职院校。但由于师资力量的缺乏造成了高职院校中长期任职教师的短缺，这就促使兼职教师应运而生。但相对于专职教师的队伍，兼职教师队伍的建设还需要在一定程度上有所提升。
